First check if you're really banned, if there is blue/gray text saying "You are banned from this server" it might be a temporary glitch.
First of all if you have used cheats then don't bother making an appeal if you don't admit. Cheaters are banned without warning and permanently. We also know all the excuses like: it was my friend that cheated, I was in the bathroom, my little brother cheated, the pope was on a visit and installed cheats, I 'accidentally' cheated, ... bla blah.. 'Using' lag as a reason, why you didn't die and you knew you were having lag, also counts as cheating. This is a game-server, so use a proper gaming-connection. Not that kind of (cheap) packets with your ISP that seniors use to check on facebook. Same for a slow PC that may cause lag.
Next if you really think it is a mistake create a new topic in the 'Ban Appeal'-Section (this section) on our forum AND use the following format to do so. The correct answers to these questions are required to process your appeal quickly:

Primero que todo, comprueba si realmente estas baneado, si cuando tratas de entrar al servidor te aparece un texto azul o gris, puede ser que no estes baneado y que sea un error del servidor.
Primero que todo si realmente usaste hacks/cheats no te molestes en hacer una apelacion si no admites lo que utilizaste, ya que los hackers/cheaters son baneados permanentemente y sin ninguna advertencia. Nosotros ya sabemos que las escusas como: fue mi amigo el que hackeo , estaba en el baño y mi hermano mas pequeño utilizo hacks , paso "accidentalmente" pueden llegar a ser mentiras y por lo tanto no seran contadas como razones validas, etc.. Tambien usando el 'LAG' como excusa de porque no moriste y sabias que estas lageando, tambien cuenta como hack/cheat. Este es un juego-servidor, por lo tanto usa una conexion de internet decente. No se deberian usar esas conecciones baratas que usan solo para checkear facebook. Lo mismo va para la PC, una PC mala puede causar mucho lag.
Si realmente crees que tu ban fue un error, porfavor haz click aqui: Ban Appeals en este foro y siguiendo el formato correcto. Si contestas bien las preguntas del formato podrias quedar desbaneado mas rapido, aqui esta el formato:

В первую очередь - удостоверьтесь: в действительности ли вы забанены, так как если вы видите текст, написанный синим/серым цветом о том, что "Вы были забанены на этом сервере" - вполне возможно, что это временный сбой.
В первую очередь, если вы использовали читы - не заморачивайтесь о том, чтобы оставить заявку и оспорить это. Читеров банят без предупреждения и навсегда. Мы также знаем такие оправдания, как: это мой друг читерил, я был в ванной, мой маленький братик использовал читы, к нам приходил поп и установил читы, я нечаянно включил чит.. "бла-бла-бла"... Использование лагов сервера для того, чтобы не умереть под предлогом "у меня тормозила игра" - также считается читерством. Это игровой сервер, поэтому потрудитесь использовать хорошее Интернет-соединение. Это не должен быть Интернет с низкой скоростью, позволяющий Вам только лишь проверять FaceBook. Кроме того, слабый/старый компьютер также может быть причиной лагов и сбоев.
Далее: если Вы уверены в том, что это ошибка - создайте тему в разделе "обжалований банов" (этот раздел) на нашем форуме и используйте приведенный здесь формат для заявки. Правильные и честные ответы попросту необходимы для того, чтобы Вашу заявку проверили быстро:

Pertama Sekali periksa jika kamu benar-benar telah diharamkan untuk bermain di server ini, jika ada teks yang berwarna Biru/Kelabu berkata "Kamu telah diharamkan untuk bermain di server ini" , Ia mungkin disebabkan gangguan sementara.
Pertama sekali jika kamu benar-benar menipu jadi jangan buat rayuan jika kamu tidak mengaku kesalahan kamu. Penipu diharamkan bermain tanpa amaran dan selama-lamanya. Kami juga tahu semua alasan seperti : Ia adalah kawan saya yang menipu , Saya "Tidak Sengaja" menipu, ... bla blah.. 'Mengguanakan' lag ( seperti tersangkut-sangkut ) dijadikan sebagai sebab, kenapa kamu tidak mati dan kamu tahu kamu lag ( tersangkut-sangkut ), ia juga dikira sebagai menipu. Ini adalah permainan-server, jadi gunakan penyambung yang sepatutnya ( Internet yang bagus ). Tidak seperti itu ( Rendah ) paket dengan ISP kamu yang digunakan untuk melayari facebook. Sama untuk PC yang lambat akan menyebabkan lag ( tersangkut-sangkut) .
Selepas itu jika kamu fikir ianya adalah satu salah faham buat topik baru di seksyen 'Ban Appeal'(seksyen ini) di forum DAN gunakan format yang disediakan berbuat demikian. Jawapan yang tepat pada soalan ini adalah diperlukan untuk proses rayuan dilakukan dengan cepat:

Prima di tutto controlla se sei veramente bannato, se c'è un testo grigio o blue che dice "You are banned from this server" è un bug temporaneo quindi rilogga spesse volte finché non accedi.
Se hai usato cheats e non lo ammetti, non ti preoccupare a fare un ban appeal. I Cheaters sono bannati senza avviso e permanentemente. Conosciamo anche tutte le scuse per esempio: Era il mio amico che ha usato cheat, ero in bagno, mio fratello minore ha usato cheat, io "accidentalmente" ho usato cheat... Usare la scusa del lag come motivo, perché tu non morivi ma sapevi che laggavi, verrà contato anche come uso di cheat. Questo è un server di gioco, quindi usa una connessione di gaming appropriata. Non come quelle connessioni che costano poco che ti servono solo a controllare facebook. Stessa cosa per il PC lento che può magari causare lag.
Dopo se veramente pensi che è stato un errore, crea un topic nella sezione 'Ban Appeal' nel nostro forum ed usa il formato sottostante. Le risposte corrette a questo questionario sono richieste per processare il tuo appello velocemente:

Tout d'abord sois certain que t'es banni, si il y a un bleu/gris texte disant "You are banned from this server" c'est seulment une temporaire anomalie.
Tout d'abord si tu as vraiment tricher pas besoin de faire un appel seulement si tu vas admettre. Les tricheur sont bannis sans avertissements et pour toujours. On sait tous les excuses comme: c'est mon ami qui a tricher, J'ai été au toilette, mon petit frère qui a tricher, j'ai pas su que c'est interdit, ... bla blah.. 'Prétendre' le lag une raison, pourquoi t'es pas mort et tu sais que tu lag, c'est aussi triche. C'est un gaming-server, donc utilise une propre gaming-connexion. Pas la connexion de mauvaise qualité que les gens utilise seulement pour facebook. Aussi un faible PC peux te faire des problème.
Suivant, si tu pense que c'était une faute fais un nouveau topic dans 'Ban Appeal'-Section (cette section) sur notre forum ET utilise le format suivante . Les vrais réponse peuvent t'aider à procéder ton appel vitement:

Primeiramente, verifique se você está realmente banido, se estiver azul ou cinza o texto dizendo: "Você está banido deste servidor" pode ser uma falha temporária.
Primeiro de tudo se você estiver usado qualquer tipo de hacks então nem perca tempo fazendo um tópico para ser desbanido se você não admitir ter usado. Hackers/Cheaters são banidos sem aviso prévio e de forma permanente. Sabemos, também, todas as desculpas, tais como: foi meu amigo que traiu, eu estava no banheiro, meu irmãozinho enganado, o papa estava em uma visita e fraudes/hacks instalados, eu “acidentalmente” enganado,... bla bla bla...’ falar que estava com lag “como uma razão, porque você não morreu e você sabia que você estava tendo lag, também conta como uma trapaça/algo que te de vantagem. Este jogo é um jogo-servidor e por isso para jogar precisa ter uma conexão adequada. Não esse tipo de pacotes (barato) com o seu ISP que os idosos usam para verificar o facebook. Mesmo para um PC lento, que pode causar lag.
Em seguida, se você realmente acha que é um erro criar um novo tópico no “apelo” – seção ban (esta seção) em nosso fórum e use o seguinte formato para o fazer. As respostas corretas para essas perguntas são necessárias para processar o seu apelo rapidamente:
